Igniting our Community - The Campaign for Saint Viator
Through the generosity of supporters like you, we will dramatically improve programs and facilities. We will increase funds for families challenged by the rising costs of a Catholic high school education. We will strengthen our mission through expanded financial resources allowing for sustained enrollment. We will innovate where we must while firmly embracing our Catholic educational tradition. Igniting Our Community is a multi-year campaign.
We have broken down the campaign goals into initial/immediate priorities that will be funded over the next 2-4 years and longer-term aspirational priorities to be funded and achieved over the next 3-5 years.
Initial/Immediate Priorities
Priority #1: The Student Experience, $6.5 Million Goal

Update individual classrooms and learning spaces with improved lighting, technology, and acoustics.

Install a heat, ventilation, and air conditioning system that provides consistent, comfortable, and high-quality air and temperature throughout the school.
Priority #2: Endowment, $2.5 Million Goal

Provide increased endowment funding for tuition assistance through the creation of named scholarship funds. Build on the success of endowments similar to the Br. Leo Ryan, C.S.V. Endowment.

Secure endowment funds to create additional merit scholarship grants to qualifying students.

Build on existing endowment for faculty professional development grants and support.

Longer Term Aspirational Priorities
Campus Athletics Upgrades, $12-$15 Million Goal

Reorient and redesign the backyard space to accommodate four athletic fields: softball, baseball, and two football/soccer/lacrosse fields.

Include high-performance field turf and necessary elements including netting, scoreboards, and dugouts.

Allow for inclusion of lights and stands, pending village approval.
Endowment, $2.5-$4 Million

Increase endowment funding for tuition assistance.

Establish an endowment to support the recruitment and retention of the best Catholic school faculty

Saint Viator High School
Located in Arlington Heights, IL, Saint Viator High School is a private, co-ed, Catholic school for grades 9-12. Students benefit from a challenging academic program, fine and performing arts, competitive athletics, and a wide selection of extracurricular activities.
